AR Review:

- Mike look into MeetingPlace issues
  - Some problems had been experienced inside Cisco
  - WebEx should become available at some point

- Mike propose IBISCHK bug for 5.5.6
  - TBD

New items:

- Lance had sent email about checks for PullUp/Pulldown going through zero.
  - The checked for PullUp currents said PullDown in the text.
  - We corrected 5.3.11 to say Pullup
  - Pavani: Doesn't this apply only to full swing technologies like CMOS?
    - We fixed 5.3.10 & 11, adding "for full swing technologies such as CMOS".

5.4.2.	{LEVEL 2}  V-T table endpoints match fixture voltages
- Moved here from 6.2
- Moshiul:

Pavani: We could split 5.4.1 into separate checks
